SADAO HASEGAWA

Sadao Hasegawa (1945–1999) was a Japanese illustrator celebrated for his densely detailed, dreamlike erotic art drawing on Asian mythology, Buddhist imagery and the male body. Published widely in Japanese gay magazines, his work is now recognised as a singular vision in queer art history.
