PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 24–72 hours (Monday–Friday)
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
- High order volume may cause slight delays
- If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email
- Pre-order items ship within the timeframe noted in the product description

Note: Delivery times refer only to time in transit and do not include order processing/fulfillment time. Delays may occur, especially for international orders.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide from the United States
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties and taxes
- Any import-related charges
- Any administrative requirements in their region needed to clear customs

Important regarding USPS First Class International Mail:
- Is not guaranteed or insured
- Has limited tracking outside the U.S.
- Is selected at the customer’s own risk
A shipment is only considered lost once declared so by the carrier.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email info@cultureedit.com with photos and a description
- Keep all packaging materials
We evaluate claims case by case and cover damage caused by improper packaging.
Lost Orders
We are not responsible for lost packages.
If your order appears lost contact info@cultureedit.com for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Important:
- Orders marked as delivered or in transit are not considered lost
- Customers must contact the carrier directly in such cases
- A shipment is only considered lost once confirmed by the carrier
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details
- We do not refund shipping costs due to incorrect addresses
- Contact us immediately if you notice an error
Perfumes & Hazardous Materials:
Items classified as “dangerous goods” (e.g., perfumes):
- Ship via FedEx only
- Available only within the contiguous United States
Returns (Unwanted Items):
- Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and are subject to approval.
- Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of return authorization.
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned inventory, some items may show minor signs of wear, aging, or imperfections consistent with age and prior use. Product condition details are provided within each product listing whenever applicable.
To be eligible for return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including:
- Unused and unworn condition (where applicable)
- Original packaging, tags, and included accessories/items
- No additional damage, wear, alterations, or odors
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges
- Any duties, taxes, or import-related fees
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by CULTUREEDIT / Tom of Finland Store may also be deducted from the refund.
Returns require pre-authorization. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements or differ from the original item condition.
Return labels can be provided at the customer’s expense upon request.
Return Drop-Off:
Returns may also be dropped off at our office by appointment only. Pre-approval is required. Please contact info@cultureedit.com to arrange a return appointment.
Return Processing:
- Processing time: 2–3 weeks after receipt
- Refund timing: Up to 30 days, depending on your bank
If your order included free shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted from your return.
Defective Items
- Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
- Eligible for Replacement, or full refund (including shipping)
- We may request a return or proof of defect before issuing a resolution.
Health & Safety Notice
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that may pose a health risk or come into contact with bodily fluids. These items are considered non-resalable once shipped.
Gift Returns
- Require a valid gift receipt or order confirmation
- All standard return policies apply
Order Cancellation
- Orders may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill
- Orders cannot be canceled during this processing period
- Cancellation requests are not guaranteed
