Banksy

Banksy is the anonymous England-based street artist whose stencilled works have appeared on walls around the world since the 1990s. His satirical images, such as Girl with Balloon, mix dark humour with political and social commentary. In 2018 a framed version of that work famously shredded itself moments after being sold at auction.
