He holds onto the things that surprise him and make him laugh. David Shrigley is a British artist who has come to prominence through his drawings, publications and sculptural works. His drawings have a kind of throwaway beauty peopled as they are with monster children, idiots, aliens, bad parents and full of twisted lists and exchanges.
