Sasha Velour is a Brooklyn-based drag artist, illustrator and producer who won season 9 of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2017. Her finale lip sync to Whitney Houston's So Emotional, with a cascade of rose petals, is one of the show's most celebrated moments. She created the drag revue NightGowns, tours her one-woman show Smoke & Mirrors and wrote The Big Reveal.
