A seaside resort town in the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region on the French Riviera. It is located just east of Nice and southwest of the Principality of Monaco, which is west of the French–Italian border. Its name translates into "Free City on Sea" in Old French. Two young lovers share an intimate moment on the balcony with an amazing view.

Tim Smalley has an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from American Intercontinental University. He then attended Atlanta's Portfolio Center for illustration. Tim Smalley is a gay veteran who served both in U.S. Marine Corps as well as the U.S. Army. He lives in Los Angeles using traditional media to complete homoerotic, wildlife, and fantasy artwork.
