Mr. ray X

Mr. Ray X is an erotic figurative artist based in San Francisco’s Castro District. Working primarily in oil on canvas, as well as drawing, sculpture, and photography, his work explores masculinity, intimacy, and desire through a bold and expressive visual language. He was recognized in the Tom of Finland Emerging Artist Competition, an international juried award presented by the Tom of Finland Foundation in support of emerging artists working in erotic art. His painting H2O was awarded Second Place and is part of the Foundation’s permanent collection in Los Angeles.
