Over the span of two days at Whole Festival 2022 Vincent Wechselberger photographed 70 buttholes. Their first zine titled “HOLES” is a collection of many different buttholes with insights from their owners on their complex relationship with our most intimate and stigmatised orifice.

BIO:

Vincent Wechselberger, born in 1998 in Austria, is a portrait and documentary photographer based in Berlin, Germany. Their photography highlights people from marginalised communities, particularly from the queer community, and the intersection of race, gender, class and queerness.

As part of the queer community in Berlin, Wechselberger’s subjects are often friends. In intimate settings, they capture moments of joy, closeness, grief and rapture to give an insider perspective of queer life and foster more tolerance and inclusivity.
